Artists
Are you an artist or creative whose work celebrates geek culture? From prints, illustrations, and paintings to handmade crafts, custom artwork, and unique creations – if your work resonates with fans of games, comics, sci-fi, fantasy, or anything in between, we want you at Geek Mania!
Artist tables are available at £45 per table. Each table comes with a standard 6 by 2 table and two chairs. Additional tables can be requested on the application form, subject to availability.
All artwork and products should be original work by the applicant and relevant to the geek community. Applications are reviewed and we reserve the right to decline applications that are not a good fit for the event.

Vendors
Do you sell products that geeks love? From trading cards and tabletop games to cosplay accessories, collectibles, and everything in between, we want passionate vendors at Geek Mania who share our love for all things geeky.
Vendor tables are available at £55 per table. Each table comes with a standard 6 by 2 table and two chairs. Additional tables can be requested on the application form, subject to availability.
We ask that all vendors sell products relevant to the geek community and in keeping with the spirit of Geek Mania. Applications are reviewed and we reserve the right to decline applications that are not a good fit for the event.

Activity Provider
Do you run a hands-on activity, demonstration, game, workshop, or experience that geeks will love? We’re always on the lookout for engaging activity providers to help make Geek Mania an unforgettable day out for attendees of all ages.
Because every activity is different, pricing and space requirements for activity providers are agreed on an individual basis depending on what you need to make your activity a success. We’ll discuss space, setup, power requirements, and any other specifics with you directly.

Before Applying
A few notes to keep in mind before applying:
- All applications are subject to review and approval. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place at the event.
- We will aim to respond to all applications within a reasonable timeframe. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t heard from us.
- Tables and spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis once your application has been approved, so don’t delay!
