Welcome to Geek Mania, the ultimate playground for fans of all things geeky! We’ve packed the event with hands-on activities for everyone, from tabletop roleplaying to trading card battles, miniature painting, and boardgaming. Try your hand at Dungeons & Dragons, spin into action at our Beyblade Showcase and Tournament, or explore tactical battles in exciting tabletop strategy games, like Kill Team, Warhammer 40,000, Blood Bowl, and Halo: Flashpoint. Get creative at the Miniature Painting Table, test your deck-building skills in our TCG Free Play area, trade or hunt for cards at the TCG Trade Corner and Bulk Table, and enjoy hours of fun in the Boardgaming Area. Whatever your interest, Geek Mania has something for every fan to see, try, and play!
TCG Learn to Play Area
The TCG Learn to Play Area will be the place to go if you have ever wanted to learn any of the most popular TCGs. Sessions will be on a first come first served, ad-hoc basis and if everyone is already busy teaching, you will be most welcome to put your name down to come back later! We’ll have teachers available for Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, Disney Lorcana, One Piece and Riftbound.
Teaching sessions will be available throughout the entire day, so come along and learn a TCG!
DnD Learn to Play Tables
Step into a world of adventure at Geek Mania with our Learn to Play Dungeons & Dragons tables! Whether you’re a total beginner or just curious about what all those dice are for, our friendly Dungeon Masters will guide you through a short, exciting game where you create a hero, roll for epic moments, and shape the story with your choices. No experience or equipment needed. Just bring your imagination and get ready to slay some dragons, solve some mysteries, and discover why D&D is the ultimate tabletop adventure.
We’ll have 2 DnD tables, and sessions will be run in groups of 4 to 6 people. These groups will be split into children (under 18) and adults (18+). Each session will take approximately 1 hour and will run every hour from 10:30am until 4:30pm. Please come and sign up for a session as soon as you can after arriving.
Beyblade Showcase and Tournament
Get ready to let it rip at Geek Mania with our Beyblade Showcase and Tournament! New to Beyblade? Start at the Showcase area, where you can see what it’s all about, learn the basics, and have a go yourself with friendly supervision and provided gear. Once you’re confident, jump into the tournament and battle it out against other bladers to see whose Bey reigns supreme. Whether you’re just curious or already a spinning-top champion, there’s fast-paced fun waiting for everyone.
The Beyblade showcase will run throughout the day and the tournament will start at 2pm. You will be able to sign up on the day for the tournament, but there will be limited space, so if you wish to participate, get signed up as soon as you can.
Warhammer 40,000 Showcase
Experience the epic scale of the far future at Geek Mania with our Warhammer 40,000 Showcase! Come and see massive armies, stunning miniatures, and dramatic battles brought to life on the tabletop. Whether you’re a new recruit or just a tad curious, you can watch demo games, ask questions, and learn how it all works,and if there’s time (and space), even have a go yourself with guidance from our crew. It’s the perfect chance to see what Warhammer 40,000 is all about.
The Warhammer 40,000 showcase will run throughout the day, just stop by any time and see an epic battle taking place and get involved.
Kill Team Showcase
Discover the thrill of tactical sci-fi battles at Geek Mania with our Kill Team Showcase! If you’ve ever been curious about the small sided version of Warhammer 40,000 but didn’t know where to start, this is the perfect place. Watch demo games, see the miniatures in action, ask all your questions, and if there’s space,have a go yourself with guidance from experienced players. No pressure, no experience needed,just come and see what Kill Team is all about.
The Kill Team showcase will run throughout the day, just stop by any time and see what it is all about.
Miniature Painting Table
Unleash your creativity at Geek Mania with our Miniature Painting Table! Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned hobbyist, this is your chance to bring miniatures to life with color and detail. Friendly expert artists will be on hand to give tips, demonstrate techniques, and help you get started. Grab a brush, pick your paints, and enjoy some hands-on fun in a relaxed, creative space. Just stop by anytime and get involved.
TCG Free Play Area
Step into the TCG Free Play area at Geek Mania, where trading card battles come to life! Bring your own decks and challenge other players in a friendly, open environment. The perfect place to test out some new strategies, meet fellow enthusiasts, or just jam some casual matches, shuffle up and play to your heart’s content! All skill levels are welcome – just bring your cards and let the games begin!
The TCG Free Play Area will be open throughout the whole day at Geek Mania, just head on over, find someone to play and grab an open table.
TCG Trade Corner
The TCG Trade Corner is the ultimate spot for collectors and players to swap, sell, or trade their cards! Whether you’re hunting for that rare card to complete your deck or just looking to refresh your collection, this is the place to meet fellow enthusiasts and strike a deal. Bring your cards, share your passion, and see what treasures you can discover!
The TCG Trade Corner will be open throughout the event.

TCG Bulk Table
Dive into the TCG Bulk Table at Geek Mania, where thousands of cards are waiting for you to explore! Perfect for deck builders and collectors alike, this is your chance to hunt through piles of bulk cards to find that missing piece for your deck or discover some new additions for your collection. Grab a handful, dig in, and see what treasures you can uncover!
The TCG Bulk Table will be open throughout the event.
Boardgaming area
Step into the Boardgaming Area at Geek Mania, where fun knows no limits! Try your hand at some of the most popular board games on offer, or bring your own favorites and play with fellow attendees. Whether you’re a casual player, a strategy master, or just looking to meet new friends over a game, this is the perfect space for you to enjoy some tabletop fun.
The Boardgaming area will be available throughout the event, just turn up and play.
London Pinball
London Pinball will be providing Geek Mania with 3 pinball machines for everyone to play to their heart’s content and thanks to Planet JJs, every game on these amazing machines will be completely FREE. So come on down to Geek Mania and get your pinball wizard on.
The Monster Merchants
Although we’re a local business, our stand at Geek Mania will be a little different from the usual vendor setup. We don’t sell anything at all, instead, we’re all about creating a fun, hands-on experience. We will bring along a collection of full-size props inspired by Warhammer, tabletop wargaming, Star Wars, Aliens and more, alongside a huge 5m x 2m backdrop where you can step in, strike a pose and have photos taken. Everything on the stand is fully interactive, so you’re encouraged to pick things up and get involved. We’ll also be giving away Chupa Chups lollies and those classic polystyrene gliders many of us remember from childhood. Best of all, it’s all free, just turn up, have fun and enjoy the experience.

Vanguard LED Saber Academy
Vanguard LED Saber Academy is thrilled to be attending Geek-Mania 2026!
We are a friendly, local club, dedicated to the very new international sport of Ledsaber combat, and the very old art of having fun waving Glowy swords around! Some people come to us for fun and fitness, happy to learn solo drills, choreography and kata, and never cross sabers with anyone else at all! Other people come to us for fun dueling, using our own in house system! Fast, light combat sparring, guaranteed to make you feel badass! Still others come to us for fun, hardcore training and competition, and to participate in international tournaments of saber slinging.
This is not (just) a martial art for steely eyed fitness fanatics who call each other “BRO” more than is healthy. This is martial arts for people who may have never set foot in a dojo, but DO strike a pose with the tube from the wrapping paper when nobody is looking! We welcome students with the whole range of age, physical ability or impairment and neurodivergence.
We’ll be offering a range of activities at Geek Mania, including demonstrations and “have a go” sessions. Come along and try it out!

UK Garrison will be in attendance at Geek Mania for you to meet and greet with Star Wars characters.
